3. Do you manage single properties or only multi-property portfolios?

We work with both. Whether you own one premium property or several, our approach is the same — thorough, proactive, and tailored to your specific portfolio.

4. What types of properties do you manage?

We coordinate directly with our vetted network of vendors and contractors. Every request is tracked, followed through, and documented — nothing falls through the cracks.

8. Do you manage occupied properties, vacant ones, or both?

We manage both. Occupied properties are actively overseen to protect the owner-tenant relationship and the condition of the home. Vacant properties receive regular checks and proactive maintenance to ensure they’re always ready — whether for a new tenant or your own use.

9. How involved do I need to be once I hand over management?

As involved as you want to be. Most of our owners prefer to stay informed without being operational — we make that possible. You’ll have visibility into what’s happening without needing to manage anything directly.

10. How will I stay informed about my property?
